What areas do you serve?
We cover the entire Houston area and are willing to travel! We are based out of Kingwood and charge a travel fee of 50 cents per mile ($1 round trip) for locations more than 25 miles away from our base zip code, 77339. Contact us for an estimate. Areas we travel to include:
Alvin, Atascocita, Baytown, Bellaire, Braeswood, Cinco Ranch, Clear Lake, Conroe, Cypress, Deer Park, Friendswood, Fresno, Hedwig Village, The Heights, Hockley, Houston, Humble, Katy, Kingwood, Klein, League City, Magnolia, Manvel, Meyerland, Missouri City, Montgomery, Pasadena, Pearland, Rice Village, Richmond, River Oaks, Rosenberg, Sante Fe, Spring, Stafford, Sugarland, Texas City, Tomball, The Woodlands, and more.
Will you attend large public events (carnivals, fairs, assemblies, etc.)?
Yes! We will perform almost anywhere but our services and party packages will vary when dealing with large crowds (greater than 25 children.) Contact us to discuss the details of your event and we can suggest different options (individual picture posing / autograph signing, strictly face painting, etc.)
How far in advance do I need to book?
We suggest booking at least 3 weeks (preferrably 4-6) in advance to be sure to secure your chosen date, time and character. Last minute bookings (less than 48 hours notice) will incur a $30 rush fee. If you are looking for a character that isn’t listed on our site, we require at least 8 weeks notice for our “fairy godmother” to get the costume made! Contact us for inquiries.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
All deposits are non-refundable since we turn away work to secure your spot but if you need to reschedule for any reason please let us know ASAP. We can then try to find a date that works for both parties. All re-schedules made less than 60 days before the event will uncur a $50 re-scheduling fee which goes directly to the performer who has missed out on other parties.
Do I need to provide anything?
We ask that you provide a chair for storytime and small table for face painting/makeovers. Your character will come ready with all the supplies they need for a magical time! We also request that if your event is outdoors, a shady area be provided for our princess. Our characters do not perform outdoors in the rain.
Can I request certain activities?
If you are interested in any activities listed under a different party package than your chosen one, we would be happy to accommodate any requests or substitutions. We also offer add-on activities that you may choose from. Any party package can be customized to your liking but keep in mind we may not have time to get to every activity stated in the original package. We are also happy to lead / assist with any type of games / activities you may have planned (piñata, pin the tail, crafts, etc.)
Do you offer any discounts?
Seasonally, we will offer discounts off certain party packages and/or princesses and if you catch us at one of our promotional events, we often hand out coupons. We also host several free local events including Princess Friday's at Jumpalooza, Storytime at On the Park as well as our "Princess in the Park" series! Do you do parties for adults?
We are happy to provide G rated entertainment for both the young and the young at heart!
Do you work for Disney?
We are not affiliated with Disney or any other entertainment companies, theme parks or trademarked characters. Our characters originate from classic fairytales and are not copyrighted.
Can you do a character not listed on your website?
Yes, we are always adding new characters and are happy to accommodate any requests. We will require a minimum of 6 weeks notice in order to create your character.
Do you do pool parties?
Yes we do! Our Swimming Mermaid package is designed specifically for pool parties and includes pool games, diving for treasures and swimming with one of our beautiful singing mermaids!
